Oak Barrel Stout raises the bar for American Sweet Stouts. Our method of infusing vanilla beans and oak chips during conditioning results in an unparalleled, smooth and roasty stout.

This Munich-Style Helles Lager is brewed in the tradition of great German Lagers. Munich and Vienna malts provide a honeyed backbone that is contrasted with the clean bitterness of Perle Hops. The result is a crisp and refreshing beer.

Gypsy lager
Brilliantly clear and masterfully balanced, this American IPA is well-organized and easy on the tongue. Its dense, tan head with underlying caramel sweetness, creates a perfect balance with pine and citrus hop flavors.

Backstage IPA
Our Spring Seasonal, Cherry Blossom Lager is conditioned on red sour cherry pureé and dark sweet cherry pureé for 48 hours. It is delightfully effervescent, blushing, tart and resembles a cherry champagne.

Our American Amber Ale is famous for its balanced flavor and impeccable smoothness. Caramelized malts give this beer its sweet flavor and signature copper hue. Bravo hops attribute a slight bitterness to the finish.

This ale is a kettle sour that uses lactobacillus, fermented on house ale yeast and then aged on concord grapes. Typical to

Brewed in commemoration of the Dover International Speedway's 50th anniversary. Splash & Go is an easy drinking lager with a light body, malty notes up front and a clean, refreshing finish. Flavorful but sessionable beer.

An espresso stout that utilizes locally roasted coffee beans. With the aroma of fresh brewed coffee and a hint of chocolate, this full-bodied beer offers a refreshing and surprising jolt.

This blueberry wheat has a candy-like, blueberry aroma with subtle notes of wheat, spices, and a mild yet lingering blueberry finish.
A limited release ale with a sweet aroma and caramel malt taste. With a small bite and medium body, this copper colored dry ale leaves a lasting impression, just like a winter chill.

With tastes of sugar and spice, Candi's introduction is far from nice. Saaz and Hallertau hops provide a clean, floral aroma with minimal hop bitterness and the soft sweetness of apricot and pear lingers nicely against a dry finish.

A medium bodied, unfiltered, Bavarian-style wheat beer with a soft, velvety carbonation and a wheaty finish. Hints of banana bread & clove provide a subtle sweetness to this ale.
